Commend a Deputy
Personnel with the Constable's Office work daily to exceed the expectations of not only this department but that which is placed on us by the public we serve. Many times their diligent efforts are not brought to the attention of the department and therefore go overlooked. Should you observe or have personal involvement in actions conducted by a member of this department that you feel are exceptional, we encourage you to bring this information to our attention. Again, this may be done by making a phone call, appearing in person, sending an email, mailing a letter to the department or completing the commendation form found on our department website.
When a supervisor is made aware of the commendable efforts, the information is researched, documented and presented to the employee in addition to placing the information in their personnel file for future reference. All commendations are reviewed annually and many are submitted for acknowledgement at the department awards banquet where the employee can be recognized in front of their peers and family members.
It is through this recognition and acknowledgement that the employees build their desire to advance and improve.
