Communications Center

The Communications Center consists of a team of TCOLE licensed telecommunicators who are the life line to the deputies on patrol. The Communications Center also acts as a liaison to the public and other agencies 24 hours a day, every day. The dispatchers and call takers are the calm voices heard but not seen in times of crisis and other emergency and non-emergency situations. Our Communications Center can be contacted 24/7 for emergency and non-emergency calls at 281-376-3472. In addition to the many resources available to help officers and the public, the Communications personnel are also responsible for:

Entering missing persons, articles, abandoned/stolen vehicles, stolen/lost guns and many other entries into state and federal databases
Confirming state and federal entries for any agency that may locate one of our entries
Confirming of wanted persons outside of business hours
