Trespass Warning Affidavit 

In an effort to assist businesses that are having problems with trespassers after hours, the Precinct 4 Constable's Office is providing a ​Trespass Warning Affidavit  to be kept on file for the use in the arrest and prosecution of trespassers. This form must be download, printed, completed, and notarized by a notary public. Once this is done, contact our office at 281-376-3472, and request a deputy to make the location and retrieve the affidavit.
